Free Strategy Call

Let’s Create a Realistic Plan for Your Postpartum Weight Loss Journey

A free strategy call for breastfeeding and postpartum moms who are tired of starting over and want a plan they can actually stick to.

You’re Probably Not Failing Because You “Lack Motivation.” You Need a Plan That Actually Fits Postpartum Life.

Most moms I talk to already KNOW what they “should” be doing.

But they’re stuck in cycles like:

  • trying to “be good” all week
  • overeating after stressful days
  • constantly resetting and “getting back on track”
  • skipping meals and then snacking all night
  • feeling frustrated that nothing works the same postpartum
  • wondering why what used to work no longer works now

You probably already know more than enough to lose weight.

The problem is trying to do it alone while overwhelmed, exhausted, and postpartum.

They don’t need another strict plan they can only follow on good weeks.

They need:

  • a plan that works even when sleep is broken, kids are melting down, and life doesn’t go perfectly
  • someone checking in, helping them through hard weeks, and reminding them they didn’t ruin everything after one bad weekend
  • someone to help them stop second-guessing every decision
  • and a plan they can follow without cooking separate meals, spending hours in the gym, or obsessing over food all day.

That’s what this call is here to help with.

Let’s Talk About What’s Really Going On

A lot of moms worry that:

  • they’ll be pressured
  • they’ll feel judged
  • they’ll be expected to be perfect
  • or they’ll be told to do things that don’t fit real life

That’s not my approach.

My goal is for this call to feel helpful, personal, and actually relevant to what YOU’RE struggling with — not more generic advice you’ve already heard before.

You do NOT need to have everything figured out before booking.

If you’ve tried before and “fallen off,” you’re not alone.

Most moms I work with are exhausted from:

  • all-or-nothing thinking
  • guilt around food
  • constantly feeling like they need to “start over”
  • and feeling like they failed every time life got hard.

A huge part of coaching is learning how to build consistency without perfection — so one hard day doesn’t turn into giving up completely.

Most moms aren’t lazy or incapable.

They’re overwhelmed. Exhausted. Inconsistent because life feels chaotic right now. And trying to figure it all out alone.

A Quick Personal Message From Me

Before we talk about whether coaching is the right fit, I wanted to personally introduce myself.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, especially when you’ve tried so many things before.

So I recorded a quick video to share a little more about who I am, how I coach, and why I’m so passionate about helping breastfeeding and postpartum moms lose weight in a way that supports their energy, confidence, and milk supply.

What to Expect From the Call

I know booking a call can feel like a big step.

Maybe you’re wondering:

  • Is this going to be a sales call?
  • Am I going to get pressured?
  • What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
  • What are we actually going to talk about?

Those are completely normal questions.

This call is simply a conversation to help us figure out what’s going on, what’s keeping you stuck, and whether having support would actually help in this season.

Here’s what we’ll talk through:

Your goals and where you are right now

We’ll talk about what you’ve been struggling with, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d love to see happen over the next few months.

What’s actually keeping you stuck

Whether that’s emotional eating, inconsistent routines, overwhelm, low energy, fear of hurting your milk supply, constantly starting over, or simply not knowing what to focus on.

What support could look like

If coaching seems like a good fit, I’ll walk you through exactly how it works, what’s included, and how I help moms create a realistic plan that fits their life.

Any questions you have

You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions so you can decide what’s best for you.

By the end of the call, my goal is for you to have:

  • more clarity around what’s keeping you stuck
  • a better understanding of what your next steps should be
  • confidence in whether coaching is the right fit for you right now

If we both feel like coaching would help, I’ll show you what getting started looks like.

If not, that’s completely okay too.

My goal is simply to help you figure out what’s going to help you move forward in this season.

Most Diets Aren’t Built for Breastfeeding or Postpartum Moms

Most postpartum moms don’t fail because they “lack motivation.”

They struggle because most plans:

  • expect perfection
  • rely on restriction and willpower
  • ignore hormones, hunger, stress, and sleep deprivation
  • and completely fall apart the second life gets hard.

Because postpartum life usually looks more like:

  • interrupted sleep
  • eating while holding a baby
  • trying to throw meals together quickly
  • stress eating after long days
  • inconsistent routines
  • and trying to take care of yourself while everyone else needs something from you.

That’s why so many moms end up stuck in cycles of:

  • constantly restarting
  • stress eating
  • overeating at night
  • or feeling like they ruined everything after one hard weekend.

My approach focuses on helping you build consistency during messy weeks — not only perfect ones.

What Happens When You Stop Starting Over

Most of the moms I work with didn’t need another meal plan.

They needed support, accountability, and a realistic plan they could actually follow in the middle of motherhood.

Here are a few of the wins they’ve experienced:

I’ve never been this consistent for this long before.
I realized you don’t have to completely starve yourself to lose body fat.
My energy is better, my workouts are better, and I finally feel like I’m making progress.

The Moms Who Usually Thrive Inside Coaching…

This is best for moms who:

  • are ready to stop collecting information and start implementing
  • are willing to focus on consistency over perfection
  • want to lose weight without tanking their energy, obsessing over food, or harming their milk supply
  • know they’d do better with support and accountability
  • are open to support and willing to make changes that actually fit their season of life
  • want to stop obsessing over food instead of chasing another quick fix

This probably is NOT the best fit if you’re looking for:

  • a crash diet
  • extreme restriction
  • a magic solution
  • or quick answers without real follow-through

Because for most moms, this isn’t really about the number on the scale.

This Is About More Than Losing Weight

I help breastfeeding and postpartum moms lose weight without feeling like they have to obsess over food, slash their calories, or be “perfect” to make progress.

My approach focuses on helping moms feel more energized, more consistent, and more confident while still protecting their milk supply and mental health.

Because the goal is more than weight loss.

The goal is to:

  • stop feeling like one bad day ruins everything
  • trust your body again
  • create habits you can actually stick with
  • feel more confident getting dressed
  • stop overthinking every meal
  • and feel strong, energized, and more like yourself again.

Inside coaching, we focus on:

  • realistic nutrition
  • habits you can actually stick with even when life gets messy
  • staying on track during hard weeks
  • flexible structure
  • realistic workouts
  • tracking OR non-tracking options
  • and creating a plan you can keep following even when life isn’t perfect.

You do NOT need:

  • hours of meal prep
  • perfect consistency
  • or tons of extra time to make progress.

No extremes.
No shame.
No constantly starting over every Monday morning.

You do NOT have to track macros forever to succeed.

Some moms prefer tracking because it gives structure and clarity.

Others do better with a more flexible, non-tracking approach.

Inside coaching, we can use either path depending on your goals, personality, breastfeeding season, lifestyle, and relationship with food.

The goal is to help you find an approach you can actually sustain.

You do NOT need to feel perfectly ready to book a call.

Most moms book because they’re tired of:

  • overthinking everything
  • trying to figure it out alone
  • and feeling stuck in the same cycle month after month.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You need to be open to support and willing to try a different approach.

At some point, something has to change.

How much longer do you want to keep starting over?

Because most moms don’t need more information.

They need support applying it consistently in real life.

You don’t have to wait until:

  • life calms down
  • motivation magically appears
  • or you “feel ready enough” to deserve help.

If you’re tired of staying stuck in the same cycle…
constantly starting over,
overthinking food,
and trying to figure this all out alone…

this is your sign that you do NOT need to keep doing it by yourself anymore.

Let’s figure out what’s actually going on and create a plan that finally feels doable.
