I Need Help Finding My AccessBefore opening the meal plans, go through the short Start Here videos so you know how to use the calculator, customize the plans, and make everything fit your body and goals.
After the meal plans unlock, choose a few recipes you actually want to make, use the grocery list, and start simple. You do not need to follow everything perfectly.
I know it can be tempting to skip straight to the food, but the videos show you how to find your breastfeeding-specific calorie needs, swap meals, and mix and match recipes without overthinking everything.
